A dedicated corporate services company
Why this company exists
Henlin Gibson Henlin has advised Jamaican and international clients since 2009. As the firm’s company work grew, so did requests for ongoing administration — acting as registered office, keeping statutory registers, and handling annual filings.
In Jamaica, providing those services as a business is regulated under the Trust and Corporate Services Providers Act and must be carried on by a licensed provider. That work cannot simply be done inside a law practice, so HGH Corporate Services was established as a separate company to do it, with the regulation, client due diligence, and record-keeping the Act expects.
What is kept separate
Legal advice, litigation, and legal opinions remain with Henlin Gibson Henlin. HGH Corporate Services does not practise law. Where an instruction needs legal advice — for example, restructuring share capital or a disputed filing — we will say so and the law firm can be engaged separately.
Administration you can rely on
Due diligence first
We complete client identification and verification before any engagement begins, in line with our AML/CFT obligations.
Written terms
Every engagement starts with clear terms of business, so scope, responsibilities, and fees are agreed up front.
Diarised obligations
Filing deadlines and review dates are diarised centrally, so nothing depends on one person’s memory.
