Who we are
HGH Corporate Services ('we', 'us') is a Jamaican corporate services provider located at Suites 3 & 4, 24 Cargill Ave, Kingston 10, St. Andrew, Jamaica. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act (Jamaica), we are the data controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at corpservices@henlin.pro or (876) 908-3555.
What we collect
Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect:
- Enquiry details — your name, contact details, and anything you tell us through the contact form or by email or phone.
- Client due diligence — identity documents, proof of address, and information about directors, shareholders, and beneficial owners, as required by anti-money-laundering law.
- Engagement records — instructions, correspondence, filings, and statutory records relating to the companies we administer.
- Billing information — invoices, payment records, and accounting details.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide estimates
- To complete client due diligence before and during an engagement
- To perform the corporate services you engage us for
- To meet our legal obligations, including filings and AML/CFT compliance
- To bill for our work and manage our accounts
Legal bases
We process personal data where it is necessary to perform our engagement with you, to comply with Jamaican law (including the Trust and Corporate Services Providers Act and AML/CFT requirements), for our legitimate interests in running a corporate services business, and — for optional matters such as marketing — with your consent.
Who we share it with
- The Companies Office of Jamaica and the Financial Services Commission, where filings or law require
- Henlin Gibson Henlin, where you have also engaged the law firm or your instruction requires legal advice
- Professional advisers, bankers, and service providers who support our operations, under confidentiality obligations
- Regulators and law enforcement, where the law requires disclosure
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data under a written retention schedule. Client due diligence and engagement records are kept for the periods Jamaican law prescribes after an engagement ends; enquiry details from people who do not become clients are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Your rights
The Data Protection Act gives you rights over your personal data, including to access it, to have it corrected, and in some cases to object to or restrict its use. To exercise a right, contact us at corpservices@henlin.pro. You may also complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner.
Security
Access to client records is restricted to staff who need it, and our systems use encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, and regular backups. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not email us identity documents unless we have asked you to and told you how to send them securely.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change. The current version is always on this page, and material changes will be flagged to active clients.
